Descreption:

Composite hose is a multi-layer thermoplastic hose made from Polypropylene, Polyethylene,PTFE and Polyester films and Polypropylene fabrics, with a weather-proof and abrasion resistant outer cover made of PVC coated fabric . Outer cover is also available in a special PU coated fabric; its UV, Ozone, Sunlight and weather resistance, offers superior temperature and abrasion characteristics.


Composite hose, like other hose, provides the vital flexible connection to compensate for vibration, movement, or misalignment in a fluid transfer system.


Application:

1.Mainly used in storage reservoir, exchange station, loading and unloading platform, chemical plant or oil field to delivery liquid chemical medium or oil used as soft connection part of the pipeline;

2. Can transport most liquid chemical medium and all kinds of oil under routine conditions.

*EST, EGT tube with low conductivity. Please avoid using if need to take measures to prevent electrostatic discharge.

*EST, EGT inner ETFE cladding steel wire can be galvanized steel wire, stainless steel wire 304 or 316.

 Resistance: DN < 50 mm, R ≤ 2.5 ohm/m or less; DN ≥ 50 mm, R ≤ 1.0 ohm/m or less

 Vacuum: 0.9 bar

 The largest elongation: 10% or less (ISO 1402 test pressure)

 Maximum distortion degree: 10 °/ m or less (ISO 1402 test pressure)

 Minimum blasting pressure: four times of working pressure

 Scope: medium temperature - 30 ℃ ~ + 80 ℃

 Design, manufacture and test standard: EN13765-2010
